Airport chaos: European travel runs into pandemic cutbacks

LONDON, England (AP) – The airport queues are lengthy, and there is a lot of missing luggage.

For European vacationers, the summer will be hectic.

Liz Morgan arrived at Amsterdam's Schiphol Airport four and a half hours before her trip to

Athens to find the security queue snaking out of the terminal and

into a large tent down a road before curving back inside the main building.

"There are old folks, children, and newborns in the lines." There was no water, no nothing.
