Just over seven years after he postponed a performance there due to North Carolina's House Bill 2, Bruce Springsteen has scheduled a tour date there in 2023.
On Tuesday, Springsteen and The E Street Band revealed that Tampa, Florida, would serve as the starting point of their 2023 global tour.
The Greensboro Coliseum will host their North Carolina stop on March 25. At 10 a.m. on July 22, tickets go on sale through Ticketmaster.
According to a press release, this is Springsteen's first North American tour since 2016 and their first scheduled performances since February 2017.
It's also their first performance in North Carolina since he performed at Raleigh's PNC Arena in 2014.
On April 10, 2016, he was scheduled to bring his best-selling tour to the Greensboro Coliseum, but the rock star cancelled the event two days beforehand, blaming the divisive HB2 law.
