NBA News: Hawks' John Collins, Pacers' Malcolm Brogdon Expected to Be Traded Soon

Several famous players could be traded even before NBA free agency officially begins.

According to NBA expert Marc Stein (via Hoops Hype), "the expectation is that both John Collins and Malcolm Brogdon will be dealt sooner rather than later."

Collins and Brogdon both have at least three more years left on their contracts, but it's evident that both organizations want to adopt a different approach for 2022–2023.

After the Indiana Pacers' miserable 25-57 record in 2017, the organization may decide to trade Brogdon.

Following trading Domantas Sabonis and Caris LeVert in February, the team is still rebuilding.

After the team's up-and-down 2021–22 season, the Atlanta Hawks will look to Collins to complement Trae Young in a more favorable way.
