The Los Angeles Lakers may have a chance to sign four-time All-Star Kemba Walker,
since there is speculation that the point guard will agree to a buyout after being dealt to the Detroit Pistons.
Walker and the Pistons are poised to negotiate a buyout agreement,
according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, after the veteran was part of a three-team deal with the Hornets and Knicks.
On June 23, 2022, Wojnarowski tweeted, "Kemba Walker and the Pistons are likely to negotiate
a contract buyout that will let him to become a free agency, sources tell ESPN."
