So, when Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm emphasized that the war was to blame for high costs,
she detailed how the United States is now competing with other nations in the purchase of oil and gas.
According to Bloomberg News, Granholm was correct about where oil and gas are going — and it isn't staying at home.
