MANILA, April 16 (Reuters) - According to the foreign ministry, the Philippines has registered a new
diplomatic complaint over China's maritime actions within Manila's 200-mile exclusive economic zone.
It was the ministry's second diplomatic protest this week, joining more than
300 objections lodged over Beijing's "illegal" activity in the South China Sea.
According to the foreign ministry, China participated in "illegal fishing" when Chinese coast guard
vessels tracked Philippine boats on a resupply operation around their shoal.
