WASHINGTON – Protesters marched in the rain to the Supreme Court in the nation's capital,
screaming "We will not go back" and "Abortion is a human right."
Thousands of people crossed the Brooklyn Bridge in New York.
Protesters gathered a park near City Hall in Los Angeles to voice their support for abortion rights.
Thousands of demonstrators gathered in cities throughout the country on Saturday, nearly two weeks after a draft Supreme Court judgment overturning Roe v. Wade was leaked.
Some of them gathered near the Washington Monument donned t-shirts that said "Bans Off Our Bodies" and "Keep Abortion Safe and Legal."
They committed to fight for abortion rights even though others predicted that Roe would be reversed.
