When Amazon established a neat little event called Prime Day in 2015 in the aim of dethroning Black Friday,
quite a number of us turned up to buy significantly reduced goods (including a mind-boggling 24,000 Instant Pots).
Now, seven years later, Amazon Prime Day is no longer what it once was.
Not according to many on the internet, who use sites like Reddit to reminisce about the days when Prime Day
was a place to go for incredible discounts, rather than simply cheap face massagers and sock organizers no one needs.
However, Prime Day was a brilliant idea, and its loss in popularity did not change that.
Nonetheless, Amazon Prime Day 2022 will undoubtedly draw a large number of customers.
